Rooms of Doom is most recognizable if you ever played Jet Pack Joyride with similar mechanics and gameplay. The unique mechanic about Rooms of Doom is the game allows you to pick the room you go through when earning enough points through runs. You as the player can earn gold and make new animals and each one depending on the rarity can have unique abilities like the shark that can eat jelly fish in the underwater room.
